Who we are

Clinical Career Launch was created to support nursing students and new graduate nurses as they navigate one of the most important transitions in their professional lives: entering the nursing workforce.

While nursing school prepares students to pass licensure exams and develop foundational clinical knowledge, many graduates find that the transition into professional practice requires a different set of skills. Competing for selective nurse residency programs, communicating confidently in interviews, and understanding professional expectations within healthcare teams are challenges that many new nurses must learn to navigate quickly.

Clinical Career Launch was designed to bridge that gap.

Our work focuses on helping aspiring nurses approach the residency application process with clarity, strategy, and confidence while also preparing them for the realities of their first year of practice. Through structured coaching, practical guidance, and honest insight into the hiring and transition-to-practice process, we aim to equip new nurses with the professional skills and mindset needed to successfully launch their careers.

Our goal is not only to help nurses secure their first position, but to help them enter the profession prepared to grow, contribute, and thrive.
